Nick grew up in Sussex County, New Jersey visiting the scenic byway region of Orange and Sullivan Counties often. Purchasing a property to enjoy with family and friends in 2020, Nick’s entrepreneurial spirit kicked in. Nick is proud to bring The Outpost to upstate NY and create a food & beverage and live entertainment destination with unique accommodations in nature.
Nick is a lifelong entrepreneur, having started a branding and event production agency straight out of college, producing events for musical artists and brands in NY, LA and Miami. Then moving on to co-found Bullett Media, a fashion & lifestyle magazine where Nick served as Publisher, distributed throughout the US and Europe. Successfully exiting Bullett Media, Nick started an e-commerce accelerator which created popular e-commerce brands featured on Elvis Duran, Forbes and more. In 2016, Nick launched NestQuest Group, a vertically integrated real estate brokerage, property management, construction, landscape supply & waste removal company that he runs today.
